Hello network.
[ He's got a better idea of how to use the device now, and he's actually holding it correctly. Text transcription into other languages was another skill he picked up, but being this is the quintessential English prick, Arthur sees no reason to try and communicate with those that don't speak his language. ]
Currently I'm located at-- [ A glance about. ] --err, in front of the Latimir apartments in Discedo. I have a question for those who are willing to lend their assistance: The 'monsters' that surround the area; can anyone offer anymore information regarding them? Hopefully other than those prone to shouting about rail tracers and other inanities that won't help my cause.
My second question might be more alarming, though I urge those that are listening not to be frightened by my request: I'm attempting to locate a few weapons to aid me in my... [ His eyes flit to the side. ] ...explorations.
Do not hesitate to contact me at this frequency, or to come here if you are within the area to talk. Thank you for your time.

Date: 2011-10-26 01:27 am (UTC)I see. No, but, I suppose I haven't been thinking about tea much, just surviving is plenty. Where is it you managed to locate some? [ Leaning back against his seat. ] Goodness. Oh! I thought you should know, if you were bored at some point, I remembered this was in my pocket when I came here, ah, it's A Midsummer Night's Dream. You're welcome to read it, and keep it here if you like. I'll just lose it while I'm out and about. [ He takes it down and places it upon the table. ]

Date: 2011-10-26 04:25 am (UTC)So I've noticed, and hoped that no one was too angry with me for taking things, small things. But tea, I haven't seen. I suppose I was so busy looking for the bare necessities, Christ, I haven't even really found a place to stay. [ He chuckles a little, rubbing the back of his head, then glances up at her. ]
Ah yes, of course. I mean, I'm sure you know it by heart, as do I, but it's always good to have a little reminder of home, right? A cheerful one as well, I'm not sure if I would have wanted to bring Macbeth with me.

[Puts the book side and pours some hot water into cups.] It might be a little weak, we're trying to save it, but it's better than nothing. [Tea making activities!]
Remembering isn't quite as peaceful as reading the real thing, I've found. That one was always a favourite too, so it will do quite nicely, dear, thank you. Let me know when you want it back.

Perhaps you should keep it here? I can always come here if I wish to read it. If I took it with me, it would only be a matter of time before I misplaced it.
