I have a question for those who are willing to lend their assistance: The 'monsters' that surround the area; can anyone offer anymore information regarding them? Hopefully other than those prone to shouting about rail tracers and other inanities that won't help my cause.

My second question might be more alarming, though I urge those that are listening not to be frightened by my request: I'm attempting to locate a few weapons to aid me in my... [ His eyes flit to the side. ] ...explorations.

That is most useful, actually. None are the problem, per say, rather, I'm just curious as to what I'm going to be dealing with. Yes, fighting, to an extent, though not all of them will be vicious, I'm sure. Most things can be tamed, and most react out of fear. Only a select few are naturally aggressive, at least in my experience with 'monsters'.

Lapahn can't be tamed, but they won't attack if you don't. Chocobo eaters just want to eat you and chocobo. Some are poisonous and should be avoided at all costs.

That's certainly good to know, though I've heard of neither of those creatures.

Lapahn are from my world. They're like giant polar bear rabbits. In the mountains or hills, they cause avalanches.

Angels are only in Spero but they look like flying snakes.

Behemoths and Coralians which look like big flower poisonous things.

If you go far enough into the forest you'll find Marlboros.
